Your RTT® session takes place virtually through Google Meet so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. During the session, I’ll gently guide you into hypnosis — a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness where the mind becomes open and receptive. In this state, we’re able to access the subconscious mind where patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, constant worrying or self-doubt often originate. Together we’ll explore and uncover the root beliefs behind these patterns, allowing us to release what is no longer serving you and begin realigning your mind with calmer, more supportive beliefs that help you feel more at ease, confident and in control of your thoughts.

After your session, you’ll receive a personalized hypnosis recording created specifically for your transformation. This recording is designed to reinforce the new beliefs and patterns we introduced during your session. Yes! — RTT has helped thousands of people worldwide and is used by psychologists, therapists, coaches and medical professionals. Because it works directly with the subconscious mind, the shifts often feel faster and more impactful than traditional mindset work.
Your session takes place online through Google Meet so you can be comfortable in your own space. Ultimately, you will feel deeply relaxed and receptive. You'll be guided into a natural hypnotic state where we will explore the memories, beliefs or patterns connected to what you’re struggling with. You’ll remain aware, in control and safe the entire time. Once we explore the meanings and feelings behind the memories, beliefs or patterns that come up, we’ll gently reframe the outdated beliefs and begin creating new, empowering ones—fully customized to the outcome you desire.
After the session, I'll be sending you your personalized hypnosis recording (10-15 minutes in length) to listen to daily and consecutively for the next 30 days. Listening to your recording allows your subconscious to integrate and install the new, empowering beliefs. The session removes the outdated blueprint. The recording is what helps you build the new foundation of what you want. You'll also receive guidance, check-ins and any support you need as you go through your 30 day transformation.
Everyone is different. Most clients leave the session feeling lighter, relaxed and deeply understood. Over the next days and weeks you may notice feeling tired, releasing emotions or shifts in habits or patterns. Change may feel immediate (right away), cumulative (may start to notice some little things that change) or retroactive (you may not even realize you've changed until you look back).
RTT® sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, depending on what your mind and body need that day.
RTT® sessions are offered online through Google Meet, so you can relax in your own home and feel fully supported no matter where you’re located. As long as you have a strong wifi connection - the session can take place anywhere your comfortable!
It depends on the person and the goal. Many clients experience significant change from one RTT session, especially when paired with consistent listening to their personalized recording. However, other areas the client is struggling with may naturally come up during the first session. In those cases, some clients decide to book additional sessions to explore a new issue or continue working through their original area of concern. This is always optional and completely guided by what feels right for the client.
You’ll listen to your recording once a day for 30 consecutive days. This repetition strengthens new neural pathways and helps your subconscious integrate your new beliefs. If you miss a day or two — don’t worry. Simply resume when you can. Consistency matters more than perfection.
