Hey There!

I'm Andrea Sawatzky and for years, I struggled with chronic stress, digestive issues, low energy and a constant feeling that something was 'missing'. I tried everything — elimination diets, supplements, hormone testing, restrictive protocols — and while some things helped temporarily, nothing ever felt sustainable. I’d improve for a while… until the symptoms returned and the cycle repeated.

I kept wondering: What am I missing?

As a holistic nutritionist, my work has always been rooted in the belief that health is more than food — it’s the integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Holistic nutrition looks at the entire person: your daily stress, your lifestyle, your emotions, your mindset and your nutrition. I’ve always loved that approach… but over time, I realized something important:

Changing food alone wasn’t enough.

Women could know exactly what to eat or how they “should” take care of themselves… and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, inconsistent, stressed, or disconnected from their bodies. Even I felt this myself.

It wasn’t until I began learning about the subconscious mind that everything clicked.


The more I studied, the more I understood that our early experiences — and how we interpreted them — shape the beliefs we carry today:

beliefs about ourselves

beliefs about our worth

beliefs about success

beliefs about food, our bodies, and stress

beliefs that quietly drive our habits and patterns

This led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT).
RTT gave me the tools to finally understand why patterns form, where they begin and how to shift them at the root.

Over the past year of studying RTT, I’ve experienced my own transformation:

✨ rebuilding my confidence
✨ healing stress patterns
✨ strengthening my nervous system
✨ letting go of emotional blocks I didn’t know were holding me back

And after completing the RTT program, I feel more equipped than ever to help women heal from the inside out — emotionally, physically and subconsciously.
