Hey There!

I’m Andrea Sawatzky, and for years I struggled with chronic stress, digestive issues, low energy, and a constant feeling that something was missing.

I tried everything — elimination diets, supplements, hormone testing, restrictive protocols. Some things would help temporarily, but nothing ever felt truly sustainable. I’d improve for a while… until the symptoms returned and the cycle repeated.

I kept wondering:

What am I missing?

As a holistic nutritionist, my work has always been rooted in the belief that health is more than food — it’s the integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Holistic nutrition looks at the whole person: your daily stress, your lifestyle, your emotions, your mindset, and your nutrition.

I’ve always loved that approach… but over time I realized something important.

Changing food alone wasn’t enough.

Women could know exactly what to eat or how they “should” take care of themselves, and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, inconsistent,or disconnected from their bodies.

Even I experienced this myself.

It wasn’t until I began learning about the subconscious mind that everything started to make sense.

The more I studied, the more I understood that our early experiences — and how we interpret them — shape the beliefs we carry today.

Beliefs about:

• ourselves
• our worth
• success
• our bodies
• stress and control

These beliefs quietly drive our habits, patterns, and the way we respond to life.

This discovery led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT).

RTT gave me the tools to understand why patterns form, where they begin and how to shift them at the root.

Through this work, I also began to see something else clearly — meaningful change often happens in three important steps:

Regulate → Release → Realign

First, we need to regulate the nervous system so the mind and body can feel safe enough to change. Then we can release the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that may be keeping us stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking or self-doubt. And finally, we realign the mind with new beliefs that support calm, confidence and clarity.

Over the past year of studying RTT and integrating this work into my life, I’ve experienced my own transformation:

✨ releasing beliefs that kept me small
✨ rebuilding my confidence
✨ healing long-held stress patterns
✨ strengthening my nervous system
✨ letting go of emotional blocks I didn’t even realize I was carrying

Completing the RTT program has allowed me to combine my background in holistic nutrition with subconscious transformation work in a way that supports women from the inside out.

Because the truth is: You can’t change the habit without changing the thought.

And when you begin to change the thoughts and beliefs beneath the surface, your habits, confidence, and overall well-being naturally begin to shift as well.
