Most of our habits and beliefs come from the subconscious mind, which drives 90–95% of our thoughts and behaviors. Hypnosis works by reprogramming those subconscious patterns, making it easier to release limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and create lasting change without relying on willpower.

How often should I listen to my recording?

When should I listen to my recording?

First thing in the morning (upon waking), before sleep or during the day. Upon waking your brain is still in a relaxed, suggestible state. This is a great way to start your day - with calm, focus and positive reinforcement. Before sleep, your mind naturally shifts into slower brainwave states (theta and delta) as you drift off to sleep it's the same states hypnosis uses to reprogram the subconscious. During the day can also help reset stress levels and re-align your mindset for the rest of the day. Always remember, consistency matters more than the time of the day.

How quickly will I notice results?

Everyone is different. Some people notice positive changes after 10 days, while for others the shifts build gradually over the 30 days of listening. The key is to stay consistent and allow your subconscious to integrate the new beliefs at its own pace.
